Playjerise are an independent acoustic band from the Blue Mountains in Sydney. After their debut album 'Cross The Line' was released in 2006, the band quickly became well known for their strong melodies and catchy acoustic songs. Not only did 'Cross The Line' receive great reviews from other Aussie artists such as Missy Higgins and Lior - their single ‘Safe To Say’ became one of the most downloaded songs on the internet – bringing the band to a consistent number one ranking on national radio and download charts.
Since their latest album 'Better Life' was released – the boys have been busy touring and appearing at a number of festivals including Easterfest (QLD), Black Stump (NSW), Parachute (NZ). In September, Playjerise will be performing their final run of shows for their farewell tour – and are excited to announce their appearance at The Big Exoday 2010. Check them out on the INDIE stage.
