Social JusticeThis is more an undercurrent across the entire festival, rather than a zone per se. As a young person you really can affect the world around you. You really can put your mark on the world, be remembered for something, rescue someone, stand up for the weak. We implore you to get involved with some of the social justice initiatives this year. It’s really so simple. Big Exo is about placing value on young people. ALL young people. EVERYWHERE!!!There are heaps of things you can do, and we will be updating this page with ideas. But until then….consider what you can do in your own community. Maybe you could even run a school Exo Day. 1. OCC – Fill up a shoebox for a child in a developing country. We will have a special Big Exo Drop off point. 2. Compassion – Bring a donation to Big Exo Day or even Sponsor a Child. And make sure you check out the About Me Experience. It’s enlightening! 3. Underground – Buy some shoelaces 4. School Exo Day – Run one! 5. I-Heart – Sign up, research ideas and just do it! Back to Zones  Tell a Friend |
